ABOUT US
How We Began
House of Grace opened its doors in early 2018, with a vision to be a space for people to encounter God, bring hope and transformation.
After travelling around the UK & to many others nations for almost 10 years to share this message of hope, The Gospel of Jesus Rich & Claire really felt a tug in their hearts to establish something in the local area. They began holding monthly meetings and worship evenings but that quickly grew into a deep desire for something more, House of Grace was birthed. With the support of the trustees and friends John & Margaret Brewster, The Well Retford they launched into the unknown.
Just under a year later Richa & Claire were joined by Mark & Diane Burgin after they felt God had prompted them to be part of the vision to build and serve together. As a team we strongly believe church is family and that all are welcome in our home, House of Grace.
Services
Our services are lively and informal, with live worship, preaching the word & prayer. There is always something for the kids with Kingdom Kidz launching at the beginning of 2022 with fun bible stories, colouring and crafts. After the service there is always time for a cuppa, a chat and of course some cake.
We meet every at Sunday 2pm at Goldthorpe Pentecostal Church, Market Street, Goldthorpe, S63 9HA.
Love in Action
Our vision to alleviate poverty & suffering means we continually serve our local communities to help people in very practical ways during their hour of need. We run many projects through out the year. You can read more about our charity work in the UK and abroad here
